In collaboration with Highlands County Economic Development and Florida Heartland Economic Region of Opportunity, Paramount Pursuits is now accepting applications for Thrive in Highlands County — a 12-month business growth program built for entrepreneurs who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps to grow.

Running a business can be exhausting — juggling sales, marketing, finances, operations, and growth all at once. It’s easy to feel like you’re working harder but not getting ahead. That’s where Thrive comes in.

Our team helps you cut through the chaos with expert guidance, proven strategies, and the right connections to move your business forward. Apply for Thrive in Highlands County and start building the business you envisioned when you became an entrepreneur.

Thrive in Highlands County include:

• MENTORING: One-on-one support to help you tackle obstacles, set clear goals, and achieve real results.
• BUSINESS SEMINARS: Learn the essentials — finance, marketing, sales, legal, and strategy — to scale faster and smarter.
• CONNECTIONS: Gain connections that fuel growth — and a community of entrepreneurs to thrive with.

The application should take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete and consists of four sections to help us understand your business and YOU.
